This is my latest drawing from 'Project Giant Octopus!' - I recently bought a set of arty felt tip pens with brush nibs after seeing how Mr Perry does his sketches on his telly programme (yes this is the 50's), I thought it was a great technique so I decided to experiment for myself!.... 

 This is the drawing without the colour....^

These are my screen prints from my day workshop at Snap Gallery and my induction at Hamilton House.... First go at screen printing... Very fun! : ) ........

 These images below are from my make shift studio AKA the middle bedroom in my house, I need a lot of wall space it seems, I like to put my work up with images that inspired me to do the work in the first place, I like being able to see everything spread out like so:

 I bought this book because I liked how inside it looked like someone's sketchbook and I thought I could take this idea and use it in some way with my work.. ^ v

 Did this sketch to try and practise character in the subject, not sure it really worked.. but i quite like the looseness of the pen, he looks quite evil though so need to work on my 'nice characters' ^

 Some sketches I did with a friend at Bristol Museum natural history bit, some beautiful birds and of course, two stunning hares there to keep my happy :) ... 

 Sketches I did in Bristol Harbour, thinking of doing a 'birds in flight' series...

 So came up with a pretty random idea on one of my jaunts around the harbour, I want to do a Bristol based project But I don't want to do some more cityscape blugh, so I thought Id spice things up a bit by maybe introducing GIANT OCTOPUSES!!!!! More on that to come...
